Returns & Refunds

Antidote Essentials Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Antidote Essentials Pty Ltd.

Perfect Duo

I am new to Antidote Essentials but was hooked right away. I was looking for a cleanser and scrub as I was not happy with the ones I had been using recently. My daughter was telling me how much she likes this skin care range so I decided to give it a go. Love both products. The wash leaves my skin feeling clean and soft and the scrub smells divine and also leaves skin feeling very smooth and fresh. There is absolutely no feeling of tautness or drying out and serum and moisturizer just sinks into the skin beautifully.Would thoroughly recommend these products.

Game changer!

This duo has literally changed my life. I have been looking for a cleanser that is natural, good for me and good for the earth. After yoga, using chemical laden products just doesn’t sit right with me. My beautiful sister put me on to Anitdote Essentials and I haven’t looked back!

I was sceptical at first about the face wash, given previous experiences with charcoal face washes but this was a game changer. It cleans beautiful (including removing my makeup) but the best bit it doesn’t dry my skin out. Literally look forward to using it every time I hop in the shower.

The scrub is DIVINE! It is incredibly fine and smells delicious. Again, after using this I don’t feel as though an entire layer of skin has been stripped off my face. Instead my skins feels clean, refreshed and nourished.

Cannot recommend this duo enough. Even if you are unsure, invest and try it out. You will NOT be disappointed. True game changing team.
