Q. How long will my order take to deliver?
A. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on business days. Delivery within Australia is via Australia Post and will take between 3-7 business days depending the state you are based (we dispatch from Sydney).
Please note - with the current COVID-19 situation Australia Post are experiencing delays. This is due to reduced flights, staffing and social distancing measures.
Overseas orders will take around 10 business days. We will send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details so you can also track your order while in transit. International deliveries may also experience delays from Australia Post and international carriers.
Q. When there is a discount or promotional offer, how do I apply a discount code?
A. Once you have selected your items to purchase, go to the Cart and there is a section noted as "Gift Card or discount code". This is before the Checkout step. Type the relevant code (case sensitive). The discount / offer will then be applied. Then click Checkout to complete the transaction.
Q. Do you accept Afterpay?
A. Yes, we do offer Afterpay as a payment method. We also accept most credit and debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q. What products are best suited to MY skin type?
A. We have a dedicated page outlining which products are best suited to all skin types. Just click "Your Skin Type" at the header menu.
Q. Is your packaging recyclable?
A. Yes, all our products use bottles and containers that are recyclable.
Q. Do you ship overseas?

Q. What is the shelf life of your products?
A. Our products have a 12 month shelf life after opening, with the exception of the Clay Masks (over 6 months).
Q. Do you use preservatives in your products?
A. Due to the high concentration of natural ingredients in our products we have to use some level of preservation to ensure your safety, their viability and shelf life. We do use the best natural alternatives where possible and do not use any parabens or sulphates. Refer to the Ingredients page (link found at the header menu) for a FULL list of each product's ingredients and a glossary.
Q. Are your products available in stores?

Q. Do you have products for men and women?
A. Our range is completely unisex with products suited to a range of skin types rather than gender. Refer to "Your Skin Type" at the header menu.
