We often get asked which of our products to use for different skin types and ages, especially those with sensitive skin. 

So many commercial skincare products can react with sensitive skin. This is often due to harsh, artificial chemicals, alcohol and artificial fragrances that can strip and aggravate skin, rather than cleanse and moisturise. 

All Antidote Essentials products are free of sulphates, parabens and silicon, known to flair up sensitive skin. We often receive feedback from customers that have had trouble finding a range of products for their sensitive skin and are surprised at how great our products are for their skin. 

For the average adult, all our products are designed to be used as part of your regular skin care routine and are included in the Antidote Essentials Complete Face Pack.  However if you have particularly sensitive skin, here are our go to products for your skin type.

1. Start with our WASH Activated Charcoal.  This really is our must use product; a gentle, oil balancing, cleansing and rehydrating gem.  Start and end each day with an application of this and you’ll notice clearer more balanced skin immediately. Recommended for all customers. 

2. After cleansing, apply our SERUM Age Rescue. An intense vitamin c boost for your skin, this liquid gold will assist with reversing UV damage, reduce fine lines and pores and brighten skin tone.  Use daily after cleansing and before moisturising. Recommended for 20s and over.  

   1. Follow up the Serum with a choice of our moisturisers: 

       A. Our FACE Moisturiser is a light fluid that suits those wanting to combat blemishes or want a lighter feel. Also great for the warmer months. If you have a sensitivity to peppermint or Lavender, perhaps go for...

      B. Our FACE night remedy is a deeply nourishing, richer cream for those seeking a heavier moisturiser, particularly suited to those needing a more hydrating cream or to combat the cooler weather.  Its non-comodegenic meaning it won't block pores.

3. For some TLC for the eye area we have EYE Intensive Cream. A lush cream that will nourish and tighten crows feet and bags under the eyes. Enriched with vitamin e and mild Australian botanicals this is ideal for those with super-sensitive skin.

 

We’re in our 40s and we use both moisturisers in winter – the FACE nighty remedy for bedtime and the FACE moisturiser for the day.  We have the above products in our Antidote Essentials Complete Face Pack.
